HTC Flyer Worth buying Tablet or NOT ?

Hi friends,

I have recently read a news about HTC Flyer, I am confused pretty much confused with the iPad 2 and Htc. Can you please suggest me whether I must go with htc flyer or ipad 2. If am comparing the price range for both the tablets its almost same. HTC Flyer will be launched in apirl and ipad is already launched. Can you please help me.
