TEMPERATURE of E8400 cpu loaded with zalmzn 9700 cpu cooler

I just need to know the temps that would be normal for my CPU in an idle condition. Its E 7180 CPU. Also wanna know the full load temp of this CPU with 9700 LED CPU cooler of zalman.

I had overclocked my E 5510 with frequency of 2.4 Ghz. It was 40 C at the idle condition and 55 C at full load condition with 8500 running at half the speed. It loaded both the cores 100 percent. That was using Intel Thermal measurement.

So i guess your CPU would be around 5 C to 6 C below the measurement of my CPU.
