Is Dynatron K618 CPU Cooler any good

I have bought a Xeon processor a couple of days ago and I want a low profile cpu cooler. I will be using it in a Rackmount Server Case with direct airflow from the fans. Because of low power consumption I think that I can cool it in the same configuration without any issues. Can anyone tell me from what all other places, specially from ebay, I can purchase this CPU Cooler and also any positive and negative points on it shall be helpful. Thank you.

The Dynatron K618 is a passive cooler for 2U server and higher for microprocessors Intel Core i3-530 & i3-540, Core i5-650, i5-660, i5-661 i5-670 & I5-750; Xeon Processor 3400 series, Intel Core i7-870 & i7-860 (microprocessor 1156). The cooler has a very good finish and ensures a professional microprocessor cooling. The Heat sink material is of copper and aluminum.

I think that the Dynatron K618 CPU Cooler will fit in the Rackmount Server Chassis without any problems. Even if it comes with mounting hardware or not, which is not confirmed still, it doesnt matters. You are going to get a direct airflow from 120mm fan which will be about 4" away. I guess that instead of ducting, this 2U heatsink will be able to cool the 17W TDP without any problems.
