Instable overclocking of Intel Core i5-750 after on ASUS P7P55-M

I have started to overclock my Intel Core i5-750 after purchasing new cooler. Well I am having ASUS P7P55-M motherboard.
    8GB 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 DIMM (Kit of 2) XMP HyperX Blu
    Standard 512M X 64 Non-ECC 1600MHz 240-pin Unbuffered DIMM (DDR3, 1.65V, CL9, FBGA, Gold)
Below I have attached screen shot of the settings which I have done to overclock my CPU. But I could not get whether the settings which I done are better enough. I am not sure about PLL and over voltage. Also I am not able to change the core voltage manually as well. Well I noticed over voltage: 0.2 and PLL: auto (1.8) when I ran prime95. After I shut down my computer and booted after sometime I got BSOD. Could not get the idea why it does happen into the situation of mine? Thanks a lot in advance.

Well after going through the issue of yours I concluded that overclock done into the situation of yours seems to be instable. What I recommend over here is that,
You should simply switch to the odd multiplier. I am not sure whether 21 multiplier will do the job for you.
In case odd multiplier does not make any difference in the situation then I think there is need of increase core voltage little bit more. It can be offset by VTT or PLL.

As I have already mentioned I am running Prime95. I noticed maximum temperature of 66c. i think I will need to try 19x190 if I wanted to reach 3.6ghz? will I need to use some other settings in case I make changes in multiplier?

As far as I know if you lower down multiplier then you will require to up BCLK in order to compensate the entire thing.
