In order to start you need to check out the following things:
    • CPU-z, HWMonitor and Prime95- As they are the standard overclocking software for performing the task of monitoring, stress testing as well as reporting so just download this and install them in your system
    • Make sure that you are disabling Cool n Quiet and C1E in bios
    • Make sure that you are setting Power Options to High Power from the Windows Control Panel

So just get all this and then let me know if you are prepared with the same.

For Disabling Cool n Quiet and C1E in bios check out the under "Advanced Bios Features", other than this turn off Core Performance Boost in the Intelligent Tweaker section as well when you are done with the same then just post screenshots of CPU", "Memory" and "SPD" CPU-z tabs here for further help.

Ok, now what all you have to do is just open HWMonitor on the desktop and then Prime95 "just stress testing" blend test for about 20 minutes and when you are done with the same then just post the screenshot of the HWMonitor so that I can have a better idea of the max load temps and the cpu, just perform the test and then post back your result.
