Overclocking of AMILO Notebook xi 3650

I am looking forward to overclock the AMILO xi3650 Notebook. I have overclocked the video card. Now I overclocked the following things:
    • gpu core: 500 to 625 mhz
    • Memory : 800 to 950 mhz
    • shaders : 1250 to 1600 mhz

The result was very good and getting better performance in game. The graphics card is geforce9700m gt. Now I want to overclock the processor (t9400@2.53Ghz). I didn’t get any way to do it in BIOS. Is there any way to do it?

A laptop has anyway a very poor cooling (airflow), which would limit the overclocking heavily. I think you have to hack the BIOS or something, to have the OC settings. Or do you try on SetFSB or ClockGen (Easy). Otherwise you'd have to find time on Google!

Theoretically, it would be possible, but I do not know now whether you can do that at all (please see in BIOS if you do not have cropped version, so by the BIOS, it would be possible at all to overclock). I do not know now whether it would make sense because due to overclocking you'd be producing more heat, and therefore the question whether this is your laptop and create (and not just because it starts overheating protection)

If you've looked in all menus, overclocking settings are not listed. Sometimes there are cracked bios updates to be found. Overclock a laptop is not worth a try because there's hardly any cooling inside. Higher temperature could damage rest of your hardware.

I know of no one has managed to overclock a laptop. Also, I do not think even if you should manage to notice significant speed advantages would be due to fixed cooling.
