Cooling for cpu and gpu

Hi,
I am looking for a cooling for my PC both CPU and GPU can any body tell me how should I proceed .
I don't know much about cooling kit
I saw many products and got confused
please help

First of all you need to tell us what is your computer specifications? Anyhow, I would use the intel stocker with the stock intel fan, because you would be able to use the PWM connector off the stock cooler on the intel fan, plus it would be pretty easy to mount the intel stocker. There are plenty of cooling solutions available on the net, just search for the proper one that fits inside your cpu case and you are good to gon.
