Those are my settings now. I can't seem to change my CPU MHz. What else can I change to get it around 3.4 - 3.5

You can start with just raising the HTT incrementally by 5mhz-10mhz and incase you want to raise the vcore then do so and see how far you can get on stock voltage. If you start adjusting your vcore then make sure to pay attention to your load temps. I would also put your memory on a divider just in case the frequency speed doesn't conflict with your OC and cause data corruption/stability issues. You can also use Orthos/OCCT when stress testing.
