Need to know Overclocking Potential of Phenom II x4 925

Want to know the potential of the AMD Phenom II 925 processor. Since i will be purchasing this processor by the end of this month and hence i think it would be better to get some information before i purchase this information. I have heard that it becomes unstable when it is overclocked beyond 3.1 Ghz on stock voltages. Even it would be more helpful if you can provide me a good option for CPU cooling.

I have the 955 & the good & you can easily overclock. Think of it with the 925 as well. Without a voltage increase you could come forward to the 3.2 Ghz.
