I am looking advance to Overclock for my latest computer and I need good solution form your advices. My initial and only Overclock is with my E8200 @ 3.6 with Gigabyte GA-EP43-DS3L but it was one years before I was looking to purchase a latest Gigabyte mother board for my system but exactly every P55 board got troubles with USB4 or SATA3 and this time I chose Asus and I expect I will not be disappointed for my decision. The Turbo mode is activate and I didn't get the selection option to stop it on the Bios.. I thought it was the [Turbo Profile] but there are no other options there...My aim is to reach 4Ghz stable sufficient to stay up for 24/7 immediately changing the multiplier and the memory @ 2000Mhz.

The boot went well and as soon the windows booted i open CPU and it shows 4010Mhz on the Core Speed and 1004Mhz (2:12) on the DRAM regularity and it's standard at the second but the large difficulty is the temperatures since it's 48ºC idle and I opened actual Temperature and windows 7 (memory run 3 times) and at the same time as soon as I started the check the temperatures go very high 92ºC and you got troubled and closed the test since you suppose this is beyond regular right What should you do? Maybe Thermal compound function was not correct? Just one spot in the midpoint of the CPU.
