I have installed windows 7 x64bit with no problem, I do not want to overclock it. The issue is that I noticed 2 of my RAM sticks are not recognized. So I update my BIOS, all RAM were recognized but now I am getting cold boot failures. I would be happy to get any information that could fix my issue for my machine. My spec are listed below:
    Processor: i7 930 2.8g
    Motherboard:Gigabyte X58A-UD3R Rev2.0
    HDD: Seagate 1TB x2
    RAM: 2g DDR3 1600 3x2GB
    CPU Cooler:Zalman CNPS10X
    PSU:Cooler Master Silent Pro
    OS:Windows 7 Home Premium 64b
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Windows 7 has nothing to do with BIOS and they do not interact in any way in regards to this issue, so I think there is no need to Reinstall windows. you just need to Flash BIOS. If you are sure that you do not have bent pine then it is fine then don't remove it. We will try to get right voltage for you and see if this may fix your problem, if this does not solve your issue then you might also need to check your socket to get rid of this problem.

Re: x58A-UD3R Rev2 FB BIOS issue

I too have the same issue with FB BIOS and I have done the following thing to change in order to get it working. When you have updated your BIOS setting make sure that you have enable loading CMOS defaults. I have updated mine using q-flash utility. I only use all default setting and include voltages AUTO. To run my memory at 1900 I enabl;e Extreme memory profile on the Advanced memory page. I am not overclocking, done memtest86 at over 1900 but it get warm. I have readline 3x2GB RAM DDR3 1900, Memory model is 998805. Hope this might help to get rid of your problem.
