5770 Overclock in 2D mode glitches out with aero

    Hi,
I have a XFX ATi 5770 graphic card on my system. I am playing a 2D game on the system where there is a error on the screen. I am using Windows 7 65 bit with the latest Catalyst 9.12. There were some crash issue in Windows system. I had tried to get more ram and ventilation for the system hoping that might be due to heating. But that nothing works here. What can be the issue. The screen too flicker on the aero.

Is it possible to overclock your graphics card to reach the performance of a card more powerful. Overclock these cards do not require much knowledge. Overclocking and equipped with a cooling system more suited to know the GTX 275 and HD 4890 Lightning Cyclone SOC. Reaching our goal proved to be a real breeze with the GTX 275 Lightning, which, once overclocked, is both a GeForce GTX 285 reference.

Everyone talks about 5850, 5870 and 5970, I have a 5770 sapphire which is good for small budge. It is quiet possible to overclock the system. Gpu is overclocked at 960 MHz and cannot go higher catalyst blocking the same. 1321 for the ram beyond that I start to have a lot of artifacts. For the moment I think not change m rad because the original is not very efficient and loud. If you know a relatively simple way to get higher in frequency made me know because I'd like to see if I reach the little GHz.

I am using OCCT tool which is quiet a nice tool for overclocking GPU. But before doing so you'll have to find a bios which would exceed the limits are (often the Asus and MSI). Then, if you want to make sure it works (running on OS crash 64b) I'll do council under MSDOS. GOP launches you and you save current bios. You create a bootable USB on which you put your new bios and Atiflash. Reboot you on your USB flash and you. atiflah-p-f 0 name bios.bin.

You have to try out with occt to checkout weather your system is stable or not. I spend my ram from 1160 to 1300 and four times my earnings is 1fps gpu core and the gain is more visible, so I told myself that if I increase the gpu core will gain my best bits be seen that the ram is not overclocking might get wrong. What is your indicator of FPS. looked at your config, 1920 * 1080, you'll have to have a GC bigger.

I overclock with several utility I used AMD GPU tool, afterburner 1.5, ati tray tool. and to which I FurMark any artifacts in FurMark kombustor and MSI, but in others such as 3dmark and I OCCT any two of many artifacts in certain games and it really depends. I use fraps for fps I try to see if the other provides all the same thing and its very similar except if I take it that is good but with afterburner.
