Question About E7200 and GA-P35-DS3L

I spent my day to get information about further overclocking my E7200, but I found so many different topics and tutorials that I prefer to ask advice tailored to avoid trouble. My config is as follows, I have a Asus P5K motherboard, Core 2 Duo E7200@2.53Ghz @ 3.17Ghz, with GPU support. As you see I already pushed my 3.17Ghz processor by testing with CPU-Z and SetFSB and pushing the FSB from 266 to 333. Moreover I have absolutely nothing else but hit the FSB in the BIOS. I am not yet so confidence about overclocking this. I found that this might crash. Does this processor is enough capable for handling the same.

I have similar hardware configuration on a Gigabyte motherboard. I had added up two different RAM on the system. Usually even I think that Core 2 Duo processor are not so good on overclocking. I want to know how to keep my CPU Overclock a little knowing that the Vcore is on automatic, my tool automatically adjusts CPU utilization and I adjusted the timings of my barrettes 4-4-4 -12 (initially 5-5-5-15).
