    Here are the specifications:
    Memory: G.SKILL 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Triple Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL7T-6GBPK - Retail
Processor is I7 920 and the power supply is OCZ ModXStream 700w

According to me, you should update to F13 before you can start. F13 is much similar to F12 just added Gulftown fixes and the improvements in the memory as I have said you should go ahead and update memory fixes which will good.

You can try this for 4 GHz, certainly the QPI/Vtt and Vcore will be up to you to find as each CPU is dissimilar, as you know so you may need more/less than others may use. The settings are given in the attachment file.

I just want to know what are the memory improvements. I am having the 10H beta BIOS and it is fine for me but I wondering if need to update. My system is stable at 3.8 GHz at1.25V in the BIOS. I am able to get to 4 GHz with my C0 chip but I want 1.35v for that and my temperatures with my non-lapped TRUE rev.B. Will the latest BIOS version have the capability to adjust temperature?

You never know what they are, they just might be the cause of certain ticks improvements that do not start work before now, or they can help you to over clock, you will not know until you try .

On days when the temperatures are rather more imprecise, the BIOS will not change anything there. You can try to re-seat the TRUE and see, whether it makes any difference, but it probably will not make a difference, that 1.35V is what is causing your high temperatures, to be quite normal.

I have the rev. B does not use the "X" type of support on the heat sink. I replaced a few times. I think using MX-2 to see if there is a large difference in temperature. I used Arctic Silver 5, but temperatures still seem high, even at 1.25V. I have the cosmos and the case is not the best for cooling air, but I think I added enough fans to make it look decent. My load temperatures reach about 72-72-72-68C when it comes to 75 Fahrenheit in my apartment. These temperatures are at 3.8 GHz. On my next vacation, I will try to turn and see how they get little or I could go to water-cooling this case. It is almost cheaper to make a new species, but I love the tranquility of this case. He was quiet until I added the ultra kaze fans 2k rpm for admission and cooling on my right.

The penny or washer method the does not really works; I have tested it myself, but never had the time of displaying data. Four media with and without washers, logging of air temperature with high precision sensors Dallas digital media with two slices of 1 mm in each spring has been as 0.3 degree Celsius on a better average .

Do reseat the heat sink, but you will not believe how much it simple to replace the heat sink and that leads to much lower temperatures. That makes sense, and the contact between the processor and heat sink is the most important thing on the cooling performance.

I do not trust that your temperatures are too high though, I am getting ~60C at ~1.18V & 3.6GHz HT on, and that is on a bench table at ~20C room temperatures.
