Overclocking the 8800 Ultra on Windows 7

Hi friends,
I want to know about an overclocking the 8800 ultra and I am using the Windows 7 as operating system. I am having little knowledge about an overclocking, so please explain me in details about the solution. I also came to know that it does not support the latest nvidia driver because when I try to do, it gets reverted back to original settings whenever any overclocking is applied. So please tell me about the Overclocking the 8800 Ultra on Windows 7. Reply me as soon as possible.!!

EVGA has just officially present its GeForce 8800Ultra cooled liquid, called Black Pearl, as all cards of the kind of brand. This beast is obviously running overclocked at the factory, its GPU running at 655 MHz instead of 612 MHz and its memory runs at 1125 MHz (2250 MHz DDR) instead of 1080 MHz. As for 128 shader units of the GPU, they are clocked to 1663 MHz, 1500 MHz cons of origin. Hope that this information would be useful for you while overclocking.

A little overclocking made possible by the waterblock which the card is fitted. This affects both the GPU and memory chips. Everything is made of aluminum, even the basis of contact with the GPU. The Peltier effect can currently get the 8800 GTX from Sparkle Caliber to 630 MHz for the GPU, 1960 MHz memory and 1350 MHz for the shader units. The gain is not huge for the 8800 Ultra, especially compared to the artillery of cooling used, but it remains significant. EVGA has announced its new graphics card Deluxe, GeForce 8800 Ultra Superclocked, which as its name suggests, is factory overclocked. The card is clocked at 655 MHz for the GPU, 2250 MHz memory (1125 MHz DDR). A second version also comes overclocked from eVGA, the 8800 Ultra KO, clocked at 636 MHz for the GPU and 2250 MHz memory. The frequency of shader units (stream processors) is however not mentioned, it's a safe bet that it is identical to the reference frequency of 8800 Ultra, set at 1500 MHz.
