If you computer is an OEM system it means like dell, Gateway, HP, E-machines then you will not able to over-clocking most of it's part. The OEM builders doesn't provide any setting to overclock your system. You have to use only high quality power units to over-clock your system. It is very simple to do this. You also have to check direction of fan that is placed in your computer.

You have to first test your computer for performance. If you find your computer's performance is good then there is no need to Overclocking your XFX 750I motherboard. Try to use two fans in your computer. One on the processor and another on side of CPU. If your computer gives better performance then there is no need to Overclocking your XFX 750I motherboard.

As per my information you have to make following setting in your computer to fix this problem.
You have to set CPU VOLT to 0.0000
You also have to set MEM VOLT to 1.90
You also have to set VTT FST VOLT to 1.200
You have to apply NB VOLT to 1.24
You can set SB VOLT to 1.50.
