ASUS P5QL/EPU bios setting and overclocking

ASUS P5QL/EPU motherboard very much alive in market. According to the characteristics i can see motherboard with high performance, well i want to know possibility of their potential in Over Clocking and EPU Engine . also help me with its bios setting .
