An application which have ability to watch and control temperature of your system's processor. Digital thermal sensor (DTS) sends reports related to temperature of every core of processor to TjMax. As processor process the program so it starts heating up, then your distance to TjMax stars decreasing. If this distance reaches to O then the processor of system will star to throttle or slow down. Real temp maintains your distance to TjMax so that will you to run your system on full speed.

This software helps in maintaining your distance to TjMax and keeps your computer run as fast as it can. Yes, this program really works in many system. It is quite safe to use rel temp for maintaining temperature. Your mother board version is very old and having a single processor on it. You can try first for the older version to run.
