    Need overclocking application

    Hi, I'm noob or newbie in overclocking, i need advice regarding choosing the overclocking software, please experts advice me which application to use for overclocking my cpu, i have Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E4600 @ 2.4 GHz. Thanks for any advice..

    Personaly i use the CPU-Z CPU-Z to monitor your clock speeds, voltage, and other specs and details at the time i overclock. You have to start off low and gradually adjust your voltage and timings to find a stable point where your programs are not crashing. You can use Prime95 to run a torture test.

    People still use software to OC thier CPU's?? I just do it in the BIOS. You can use folder lock pro software for your CPU, clockgen is another one.
