Programs to underclock motherboard cpu

i am looking for application programs to underclock motherboard cpu.My brother had overclocked it since last few month now he not using it and i dont require this overclocking as i am basic user so please tell me the way to underclock motherboard cpu .

I think if that overclock is with software then you can use that already install application to make it normal. Underclock motherboard cpu has different meaning.....so look what you want to do
