Overclock an Intel core 2 duo E7400

i am on Intel core 2 duo E7400 which i am interested to overclock please can some one help me do so ? which Utility is best for overclock an Intel core 2 duo E7400 overclocking please let me know ? i think about FSB: memory to 5:4 can any one tell me better ?

its always better to use4 benchmark application to check your hardware overclocking strength that is more useful when you setting goal to overclock up to. always FSB: memory ratio better to set to synchronize or to 1:1 making another values you need to match frequency fsb and ram.

you you have a setting you fsb increases a little that you should be at 266MHz normally then check you can start your PC.The best way to mount in fsb ratio is 1:1. Otherwise, try to increase the vddr and release the Timmings for better climb a frequency of the ram.I have an E8400 which runs at 4.2GHz with 1.232V perfectly stable with a motherboard asus p5bdeluxe, not that this is a story about cpu voltage

I just spent my FSB to 333 instead of 266 and I adjusted the multiplier for the RAM it does not exceed 800 MHz.
