Overclocking Q8200 p6n sli

i am having intel Q8200 MSI P6N Diamond nForce 680i Motherboard .i am looking for overclocking it so please help me to overclock it properly thank you.

you can overclock Q8200 p6n sli with application utility with GPU-Z and CPU-Z you can overclock your cpu Q8200 and MSI P6N Diamond nForce 680i Motherboard. if you are new dont try bios or hardware settings to overclock.

The months have passed, i have trided BIOS and hardware too, and it is clear that the nForce 680i SLI s'overclocke now relatively well. With a Core 2 Duo E4300 clocked at 1.8 GHz i reach without any problem , with a traditional cooling frequency 3.37 GHz with a bus system set at 375 MHz.so better with bios overclocking Q6600,

nForce 650i SLI is able to reach 375 MHz FSB without any concern on the P5N-E SLI from Asus is a frequency of 3.37 GHz for Core 2 Duo processor. However no way to go beyond that and the 400 MHz FSB remains inaccessible even by lowering the CPU multiplier and increasing tensions. At MSI finally, the P6N SLI Platinum also accept in silence the 375 MHz FSB while the 400 MHz are unfortunately remained elusive.
