    EVGA nForce 680i overclocking utility

    hi ,
    i am interested to overclock EVGA nForce 680i motherboard i have never tried this before so please help me kindly to overclock.

    configuration :
    EVGA nForce 680i
    Q6600 G0 with Zalamn 9700 led
    4 X 1GB Corsair Dominator PC6400
    SLI 8800 GTX 625/1000

    try this overclocking guide from nvdia for good help http://www.nvidia.com/docs/CP/45121/...erclocking.pdf Nvidia has done out with best way to ensure powerful and easy to use overclocking options for BIOS of its 680i board update your bios and try.

    I have taken over an OC may well happen and I was booting a 3.6GHz but it is the graphics driver that does not load! I have tested a 3.4 and a 3.2 but its same even at 3.1Ghz it is the same.

    You have tried with 680i overclocking with BIOS options well try with tweaking software like nTune system utility this will help you to do that in better way ,nTune also provides control over more mundane functionality, such as the order of boot devices, and whether a full-screen logo is displayed at startup.
