PowerColor HD4850 512MB, makes a horrible noise!

I have my 4850 from PowerColor, and I had enough, the fan is completely noise, it makes a ton of noise all the time since the purchase! But it was the drop of water!

Is there a way to solve the problem without changing the ventilate ?

It depends a lot of GPU AC, the underclocking but reaches down to 200/300 for 4870 for you to see. The underclocking remains complicated as far as overclocking.
