Overclocked i7 920, Need your input please

So I recently put together a this new i7 build and I want to overclock it.

Right now I have it overclocked to 3.2. In the CPUID Hardware manager it showed a min vcore of 1.00 and Max of 1.08.

I get idle temps of 30-35c (40 on a HOT day..was about 95f outside the other day) With prime 95 after an hour, the highest the temps had risen was 67c.

I also noticed in the CPUID Hardware manager that the CPU's wattage even OCed at 3.2 never exceeded 130watts of power.

    My main question(s) are

    1) Is this stable for 24/7 use?
    2) Is the vcore too low and will it do harm to the processor?
    3) Are the temps acceptable?
    4) Is the wattage usage to low???

here are the specs of the computer:

Intel Core i7 920 with Vigor Monsoon III LT cooler
    MSI X58 Platinum Motherboard
    OCZ 6GB (2GBx3) DDR3 PC3-12800 OCZ3X1600LV6GK RAM
BFG Tech Nvidia Geforce GTX 295
    Corsair 750w PSU
Western Digital Caviar Black 640GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive
XCLIO Windtunnel ATX Full Tower Case with an added Scythe "ULTRA KAZE" 120mm fan in the back.

Using any system for 24/7 will obviously cause some or the other effect on the performance. But I think your temperatures are perfectly acceptable and OK....

    1) The temps you are getting after the overclock are still pretty normal. Those are actually good temps considering the overclock and I dont think will rise much or can me so high that can cause damage if used 24/7.

    2) vCore of max. 1.08 seems to be low. I have not yet seen so much low vCore for Core i7 when it is overclocked. It is normally around 1.35 for the overclocked i7. I doubt it may create problem... but you can try running it at that vCore and see if it giving any problem.

    3) Yes (almost)

    4) I dont think so.
