Overclocking quad 9450 and GTX 9800

My pc lags while playing games like Call of Duty, crysis, Far cry 2 etc. it lags about 20 FPS), but normally I play with 40-60 FPS with precisely the same setting. My Cpu is around 1.30 V and 50 C of 2.66 GHz to 3.66 GHz. But the problem is that my PC is just slower by about clocks. so asking you to suggest Overclock settings for my system

Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q9450@2.66GHz
RAM : 4 gb
Motherboard: Gigabyte P35-DS4
Graphic Card: Geforce 9800 GTX

I can not recommended you Overclock settings for your processor. you can do better for a Thermal Right 120 determine whether such a Cooler Master Z600. You can Clocks from 2.66 to 3.66 with this cooler. and run your FSB: RAM ratio to 1:1.

You can achieve 3.6GHz and if you want ot go for 4GHz. its not impossible. you will have to tight the ram timings. and also take care of motherboard temperatures, try to put 2 fans.

Then you would clock at 3.6 Ghz a neat and there is your 800 Mhz DDR2 memory neatly 1 / 1 with the FSB.
