Think you should look at the tests and reviews a bit.
Otherwise Noctua NH-U12P
Noctua NH-U12P is good. I have it in 2 computers and they are pretty quiet!

Sorry, but could not find any tests on Zalman 9700 LED.
Have already seen reviews and therefore thought of this.

Yes, the Noctua is cool and good for quad as well. You can have overclock with good temps.
