Overclocking the AMD 64 3000+

Hey all,
Am new to all this with overclocking and have an older computer that I would like to exert myself a little, so have read a little Wizards and tested and thought it went well. But could be better and it could perhaps help me.

spec on the computer:
motherboard: asus a8n-e
CPU: AMD 64 3000 (venice) Zalman CNPS9500 LED cooler
graphic card: GeForce 6600 GT Zalman VF700-CU cooler
RAM: 2 * 512MB Kingston pc3200 200MHz with cooling plates
Is there more than a few blows in front and back of my cabinet

have tested the prime 95 and reported no errors on the ram
load temp reach 50 for the cpu
otherwise it is at 32

Some good suggestions for what more can be done or am I somewhat top??

It then just sits in the cabinet as vcore does something high speed, and would core1 timing command rate, even if it was necessary to relax other timing slightly.

They can often reach around 2.7 GHz before you have to screw up a lot of volts.. and max is usually around 3 GHz button unless you have really good cooling. But yes change ram to 1T if possible.

1 thing to remember with AMD: htt (hyper transport) bus can not reach over 1000. Its speed is determined by htt FSB * multiplier (which is not the same as the ram multiplier). Standard is either auto or 5.... 200-250fsb, the down to 4 and more than 250, the FSB down to 3.

Good to hear that it is not entirely bad that I have time to set vcore down to 1.485 and run fine. But if I put command rate down to 1t, it does the error in prime. Have not quite grasped it with ram timing that would be super if i could help with what might be made so it can run without error.
