3pin to 4pin CPU fan connector without speed regulation?

    hi,
I have a Gigabyte EP45-DS3 Motherboard with 4pin fan connector, and a Scythe Mine with 3pin fan. I have read that the Motherboard with only 4pin fans corresponding to the performance speed controls. 3pin fan to stay at a constant speed. Can that be? Any recommendations and suggestions are appreciated.

    hi,
it is not PWM (motherboard to adjust the speed) it otherwise would be a fan control help ... or you can run the fan(only temps)!!!!!!!

Arctic Cooling AF12025 PWM, 120x120x25mm, 400-1500rpm, 95m ³ / h, 11-25dB It is the perfect fan! it is not audible through the drain and air flow (which are somewhat exaggerated, as always;approx 83m to be) you do not need many of them unnecessary to buy. )

    hi,
now I've also found what PWM fan ...
Running for my fans to maximum at 12V? Or somehow in the middle or something? Then would not a PWM fan speed, but only slowly rotate Idle?
