Noise problems from graphics card, cooling required?

I have recently bought new computer, it runs like a dream and everything is as it should be. But when I play (World of Warcraft, all on high) so that noise just for the game. I've tried to open the cabinet and keep the various fans and come up with the fan on my graphics card is noisy, all the other fans are very nice and quiet.

Is it possible to get my graphics card to not sound like a power plant?

Then to change the cooler on it for something like this:

    Thermal Right HR-03 Rev.A
    Graphics cooler /? dB / 15.6 cm x 13.3 cm x 3.8 cm (wxdxh)

Nexus 92mm Real Silent Case Fan DF1209SL-3
    System Blower / 1500 rpm / 27 cfm / 3 PIN and 4 PIN / 19.2 dBA / 9.2 cm x 9.2 cm x 2.5 cm (wxdxh)

I would instead propose an HR thermal right t-rad ^ 2
As a fan I would use 2 pcs. 92mm fans.
For fans, I would recommend noctua or scythe.

Have you acquired yourself a cooler and they have been useful about the sound level?
What are you system specs by the way?

I have ordered for me Thermal Right HR-03 Rev.A and Nexus 92mm Real Silent Case Fan DF1209SL-3. Super nice! would like to have both tomorrow.

Are there any who can equal me in what way should the fan blow? Should the blow against the metal, or away from it?
