Overclocking amd sempron Processor LE-1200

I turn with a single-core processor and I want a little overclocked to see if I can achieve better performance. do you think I can at least go up to at least 2.8GHz or 2.6 GHz? whether it is overclockable if you can help me in this overclock

RAM: a bar ddr2 1024 mb PC5400 in

Unless it is a motherboard does not allow overclocking, even a cm with integrated 6100 chipset can reach 2.7ghz with fan of origin. So there should not have problems for the overclocker. it should be the model of motherboard and power supply preference.
