    Everything is in the title.
How to know if the motherboard or processor is limiting the increase in FSB? How to avoid the motherboard or processor in a rise in FSB?

what's your cpu and what is your motherboard could perhaps say, the only reliable solution is to test the cpu on a motherboard that rises above where you have blocked or test a cpu on your motherboard that rises above yours.

Finally, if you see the amount the v fsb and the v Northbridge, a hole if not, then I believe it comes from the cpu

Is it hot? Could be the possibility of improper or unstable overclocking.
