What is the maximum accepted by vCore i7 920? Would go with a cooled Noctua NH-U12P socket 1366 edition with 2 fans and ventilators P6T plate?
My goal is to reach 4 Ghz (200x20).

Go up slowly, and making reference to others. As long as you have some decent temperatures, you do not try micro-threatening, unless of course you use extreme cooling systems that lets you put a bag of Vcore.
As you have dixo, forward to strip until the temperatures are too hot, then leave to raise the Vcore and ready.
You must be careful and not pass v 1.30, coz these i7 are very sensitive to voltage. You could probably get to spend nearly 1.40 v benchmark but be very careful with the voltage for 24/7, with a short time makes an already appeared some are touched by voltage meter long and have 24/7 to 1.35 V or more, which are stable with eg. v 1.31 for 4000mhz and after a couple of months and have to upload something voltage such that no longer hold to the same thing. I got mine in 3800 and to 1.22 V step left to 4000mhz that I'm not interested because I am supposed to have 200mhz at least raise the voltage to 1.28 V and I prefer to have voltages stable as I do not trust, because they are at least two that are well played, but they have gotten up to v 1.60 but have deteriorated in a few days, the voltage to pass and we had a benchmark 4000 1 , 35V for daily use and with that have deteriorated and I do not think they take too long to die down.
