"CPU Fan Error" - After the start

I now have a new motherboard (Asus P5Q Deluxe) and a new cooler (large Clockner) in my PC. The PC starts normal until after about 10 seconds but I get the error message
"CPU Fan Error
Press F1 to Resume '

Have the connectors on the motherboard all repeatedly checked. The fan is also quite normal, so I understand the error message is not quite ...

Did the fan also signal a return to the Board? or if the BIOS Minspeed is registered and the fan pattern Caused nunmal rotates slowly so the message is then also normal.

What do you mean return signal? Also on the cable cooler / motherboard is just a speed controller from running, even at the full speed.

Power Fan Speed ~ 1000 rpm

CPU temperature: 24 ° C
MB temperature: 35 ° C
