    Water cooler for overclocking

I am thinking to buy a water cooler to overclock my pc. I have seen this, Thermaltake Bigwater 745

Have any question about the water cooler.
    1. What all I need to mount it?

    2. Will this watercooler run good compared to many other coolers?

    3. Also has plans to use the water cooler for GPU also, but I have not found a better for my ati radeon hd 4670. So if anyone know of any that will be better.

    4. Have heard that it is with little cooling liquid can I get use to fill in? (have heard that the liquid refrigerant is not with the command stream so that components are not safe if it is leaking, so it is stupid to fill in with water)

    5. Is it with thermal paste? And if it is, is it good?

    Thanks for your replies.

    Okay let's see:
    1. Yes

    2. Short answer: No.

    3. Sure it is hd 4760 and not 4670?

    4. Is not 100% sure, but I have heard of the cooling bag that comes with it is chemical and cause the already weak piping more resistance.

    5. Is safe with some paste, but doubt that there is something of quality.

I would not have bought this set simply because it does not have a good cooling performance, production quality sucks and because I would save a little longer to buy something.

    Yes I meant 4670.
But is there any other cooler that costs a little more and that is much better option?

Do not know if there are ready-made set. I will recommend that you buy "from scratch" and put together themselves. These complete sets are not much to boast of, namely.

Yes I will put it together myself but I plan to purchase a package that include everything.
