    Overcloking Q9450 a 3.6ghz

    Hi,
My problem is that I just push my cpu to a 3.6GHz stable occt, but when I run the test it marks a temperature between 60 and 70 and even 75 degrees in everest normal but the rad should be warm but its not warm. its still cold

    Thank you

you tried other software such as temperature Speed fan?

Said what is idle on your bios? I think that 75 ° is the same lime the PC would reboot because the processors are not expected to climb as high in ° C

Verify that the rad and placing on the processor because it is just that the rad is poorly placed and there is a day between the CPU and the rad.

I make sure that the rad and its place and is always the same its very high rises in temperature and rad and cool and I always check with speed fan and it gives the same value as everest.

if the rad is hot is not just be a problem with the cpu mounting checks if everything is ok it could be that you have a problem actually probe in this case you can never be sure of the temperature cpu.

For temperatures -> realtemp or coretemp (everest gives the same as speedfan home)
Searching the forums can help you to find your answers more quickly

I check the assembly of the rad and I just see with its brand core temp max 100 ° but I see the temperature in coretemp cpu I see that the temperature of the cores, and as the temperature of cores and always higher than cpu it's normal that it rises to 80 ° but the cpu it is not really normal soars 80 ° for a rad that not even lukewarm.
