Cabinet makes noise when turned on

Why does Cabinet make noise when I turn on the CPU, it sounds like the processor fan being obstructed by some wires, but I dont see any processor Fan cables obstructing the processor fan, neither do i see that it comes from the SMPS or the hard disk. It makes that noise for about 4 - 5 seconds and gradually fades to silence, also i observe that it doesnt allow me access the desktop or icons or any programs untill it becomes silent.
However, if i restart it, i mean reset CPU button, it doesnt make the noise at startup.

The noise you are referring to must be coming from either the CPU fan or case fans, or possibly one of the disk drives (either hard disk or removable media drive).

With the case open, u may be able to determine which component the noise is coming from by listening closely to the fans, and hard drive etc... The part making this noise ideally needs to be replaced as the barrings most likely have gone and the symptoms will just get worse over time.

Just hope it is one of the fans and not the hard drive.
