Need help to overclock my E8400

I come seeking help to overclock my E8400 on Maximus Formula 1. My memory is OCZ Reaper HPC OCZ2RPR1066 2Gb . CPU Zalman CNPS9500 LED IS. Graphics card is an ATI 4870 1Gb, power supply Thermatlake Modular Toughpower 650W.

first thing blocking your pci-e at 100MHz. I have overclocked mine to 3970 MHz with a bus and a 440X9 v. 1475. the OCZ memory with coefficient adjusted the ram running at 1057 mhz (instead of 1066MHz Parents)
I therefore cools the cpu and with a noctua, overclocked at 37c ° is at rest and 50 in full. The motherboard is an asus P5E, I find it a good potential for overclocking asus for a mid-range, I mounted the max FSB was 480 (333 original) OCCT stable over several hours.

But we need to stop, a 1475 v. I do not know if the E8400 support more, if other states can rise 1.5V without a problem, I think mine could still climb a little more on 4.2 ghz.

My processor is a 4.2 ghz stable under a 1375 V occt so I do not know if we can say that your motherboard has a good potential for overclock xD. I think you should prefer the defaul setting because it's huge 1475 V for 3.9 ghz.
