Why do you want underlock ?. it's is useless to underclock a graphics card Unless you want to lower the tension.

Use ati tray tools. There are 2 possible profiles 2d and 3d, but be careful to avoid crashes you have to leave only the ati driver. and uninstall the ccc

I set 2D GPU: 275Mhz RAM: 375Mhz Voltage: 1.086V and fan at 15% and I'm a 38 ° C
I have 3D GPU: 800 Mhz RAM: 1000Mhz Voltage: 1.206V and fan at 35% and I go up to 70 ° C

I think my settings are good air, t'en pense quoi?
