Is this acceptable/Good setup for overclocking?

Hi! After some reasearch, and a little searching, I found that I must ask this.
I have overclocked an E6750 @ 2.66 GHz to 3.36 GHz.

I have attached some photos here, having info and temps.
Do you find it proper? and why is the video card up in 75 Degrees++ ?

What you say about this setup and temperatures? Added by CPU-Z photos showing Volts of the CPU.

• ASUS P5N-D
• Cross Hair 4gb Memory 667MHz
• Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 2.66 GHz
• XFX GeForce 8800GTX 600mb 768m
• Xigmatek HDT-S1283 CPU Cooler 1400RPM for fan

You may want to run a test to get an indication of whether everything is OK.

This does not test GPU unfortunately.
GPU, you can test that with 3DMark and let it get in the loop for a couple of hours.
