    processor 90 degrees celsius, help

    Hello to all,
For nearly two weeks, my Intel Quad processor Q6600 Core starts after a night's rest at nearly 55 ° celisus, then rising upto 70 degrees when I surf, to achieve progressively the full 90 degrees and forcing to shut it down sharply. In your opinion, is that the processor or its cooling system that I have to replace it? What cooling system is most effective while remaining silent?
