Hello, I have a Packard Bell iStart 2100 (Sempron 3200 + processor with 1GB of RAM). My problem is that after I turned on my computer when the image of the Windows desktop appears it takes 2 / 3 min to see that MSN will automatically launch, after I clicked on mozilla it takes about 4 min so that it opens.

Could you tell me what to stop at Windows startup?

For bootvis I've never had any problem!

100% processor usage is not normal, and 60 processes under XP is enormous, you can do with 30 grand max.

You tried to uncheck everything in msconfig except the antivirus?
