Overclock Core 2 Duo E7300

Hello i want to overclock my Core 2 Duo E7300 it runs @ 2.66GHz. i want it to get it over 3.00GHz. is it possible ? if not what is maximum that i can achieve.

I overclocked to 2.91GHz stable with run prime95 for about a hour no errors. When i try to get it over 3.0GHz my hard drive crashes and i end up getting a error about missing a certain windows file. After i overclocked windows loaded and i got to my desktop but it froze and when i restarted it said a file got corrupted so i reformatted and it fixed it.

Hey you should try increasing the voltage to the North Bridge, South Bridge, or Vcore that will surely help you to get 3Ghz.
