New motherboard and CPU coolers

I am looking for a new cooler for my CPU, an E6750. It must just be something very quiet cooling system but with significantly better cooling.

So my coolers on the motherboard also a lot hell so they can also be switched to something else, but I have never found good enough in such coolers before, so do not know what to look for? Motherboard is an XFX N680I LT.
