blush High temp on new Palit 9600 GSO

Have just purchased new computer and graphics card but the fan noise is very much! Graphics card is a Palit 9600 GSO 768 MB and the temperature at 47 degrees.
I would like to replace it, but I do not know where to start?

If you want to replace it then just replace it from the store or from the dealer from where you have bought your pc and that graphic card.

You want to replace what, CPU or Cooler? Well if you want to replace cooler, this one will be suitable and is popularly used,

Have bought it, but can not get cooler profile of graphics card. The screws are turned off, but it is like the cooling paste are not too well established.

Nudge it gently. Do not to pull it directly up, it is better to turn it a bit, since otherwise the paste can act as glue. But be careful!
