    Best quad for overclocking

What quad should I buy my best to properly be able to over clock? wrote a Gigabyte P35 DS3R 4GB OCZ ram on DDR 1020Mhz running water,My goal is to min 3.4 GHz, I am very clear that nobody can guarantee the 3.4 GHz.
I've previously viewed the following CPUs:
    Q6600 2,4 Ghz 9er Multi 6MB cache
    Q9400 2.66 Ghz 8er Multi 6MB cache
    Q9550 2.83 Ghz 8.5 Multi he 12MB cache

    1. are cpu's fsb 1333 where 1066 is preferable in order to OC?
    2. Is it worthwhile to take the Q9400er just because he has 8 multi?
    3. Make that 12 MB cache Unlike 6 MB noticeable when playing?
    4. could he of the 8.5 multi of the Q9550 over clock negatively felt?
    5. would not it a listed processor to choose? if so, what and why?

Depends on the budget depends on the best P / L ratio has unquestionably the Q6600 which is also currently being more expensive.

Your system is still good, wait until DDR3 memory and the 1366 boards have become cheaper and then put the Core i7, which is also great over clock and has ne higher performance per Mhz.

When it absolutely must now then take the Q6600 and let him run on 400x9 then you have the 800 memory fully utilized and at 3.6 Ghz about the performance of the Q9650 to hire or even a little faster.

But then you need a good cooling.

    1. In terms of overclocking not really ..
Because from the beginning and it is higher than through the bars must be even higher twist, what then someday be a problem for the motherboard can be.

    2. I would absolutely recommend Penryn not one, because I believe they are too expensive for the 10% increase it at the same time to be able to afford.

I would choose the Q6600, simply because he is cheap and has also relaxed to 3.2 and is also higher clock ..
When I then compared to Q6600 against a Q9550 for 300 .. draw for 10% more power in favor of the Q9550 at the same time, then one has to have too much money to take the Q9550.
Rational perspective, the Q6600 interesting .. just my opinion.

I only know the one with all chipsets except P45 ne abnormal high (~ 1.5V) VTT needs to ~ 450MHz FSB to come. Intel, there are an absolute maximum of 1.45 V.
