For gaming is Intel E2140 processor better than Intel E8200 processor

    Hi,
I want to play games like GTA 4 and Far Cry 2 at high setting.
I can get a 2GB DDR2 ram, and nvidia geforce 8800gt, and some Asus PCi-e express motherboard. But for processor I dont have a clue. If i overclock Intel E2140 i can get it about 3.00Ghz or to some higher level but the problem it has got 1mb cache for it rather than the Intel E8200 has 6mb cache. The current resolution i am using is 1024 x 768. on 17" inch monitor. So if someone can give some suggestions for which processor should i go for it would be great. Thank you for your help.

Def. the e8200 will be better than the e2140 which run at the higher speeds and has more overclocking ability.
    Supported features for E8200:
    Dual Core
    Enhanced Intel Speedstep® Technology
    Intel® EM64T 1
    Intel® Virtualization Technology
    Enhanced Halt State (C1E)
    Execute Disable Bit 2
    Intel® Thermal Monitor 2
