    Configuration & cooling intel Core i7 920

    Hello friends,
I want to call your help for my future configuration:

    Motherboard: ASUS P6T Deluxe / OC Palm - Chipset Intel X58 / ICH10R
    Processor: INTEL ® Core ™ i7 920
    RAM: CORSAIR DHX XMS3 3GB (3 * 1GB) PC10666 TR3X3G1333C9
    Power:CORSAIR HX1000 Watts (CMPSU-1000HXEU)

For Graphics Card, I already have a Sapphire ATI Radeon HD4850 - 1024 MB DDR3 - PCI Express

I doubt that the graphics card is just a little compared to the rest. That is why in the near future I would like to make a crossfire. For my info, is it possible to add a 4870 to my 4850? Or is it better to have twice the same?

I also have another question on my configuration. in the cooling process. Is the fan provided by Intel is good (and silent). And is what is for the time being adaptable fan socket 1366? Because I did not find.
    Thank you for your help.

The crossfire is actually possible. And a good perfs. I suggest Noctua NH-U12P SE1366 and Cooler Master V8 1366

The power supply is largely oversized, even for a CrossFireX on i7. Yes, it works as a couple HD 4850 + HD 4870, in theory anyway. In practice, I can not remember having seen the case here. Most interesting are currently Noctua U12P Cooler Master V8 and socket for 1366.

Thank you very much for these answers. Indeed the crossfire in 4850 and 4870 looked very good on perf level price. Merci pour le lien vers le test ^^ Thank you for the link to the test.
As for the power supply, so I doubt that it is a bit oversized in view of the configuration. But it is better to have a little too right? I do not have too much idea of the power it would take me for my configuration. And I do not know too flagship brands alim level.
To estimate a bit more precise in my consolidated power, I intend to put on 2 AA SATA2 to 500GB, with of course a DVD.

    I have another question ...
    At RAM, I took 3GB of 1333MHz triple channel. Do I have a better performance with 4GB of dual-channel 1600MHz CORSAIR type - DHX XMS3 4GB (2GB * 2) 9 TW3X4096 Case PC12800-1600C9DHX ?

Corsair is a very good brand. Most of the pieces inside, are the same as the Seasonic!
I take a HX620W if I were you, to have a little room while not double what consumes configuration.

Triple channel is better For i7,. It is the processor that handles memory and it prefers triple channel.

In terms of your total consumption, it will certainly be above average compared to a single PC GPU, but 1000W AC is useless honestly. A "simple" and very good HX620W should do the trick

Re: Configuration & cooling intel Core i7 920

Thank you for the advice of power supply. I therefore will go for HX620W.

As against the RAM now I hesitate between:
    CORSAIR DHX XMS3 3GB (3 * 1GB) PC10666 TR3X3G1333C9
    Corsair XMS3 3GB (3 * 1 GB) PC12800 CL9 - TR3X3G1600C9
    OCZ Intel Extreme Edition XMP 3 Go (3x 1 Go) PC3-12800 - OCZ3X1600LV3GK - 1600 MHz 8-8-8-24.

So basically what is the best mark between OCZ and Corsair? Is it really a corsair XMS3 DHX in PC10666 or corsair XMS3 PC 12800 ?
