Problem of overheating acer TravelMate 3000

I just received an Acer TravelMate 3000 with a problem of overheating at the processor. It seems that the computer is operating properly, but after 20 minutes of operation it crashes. The computer gets stuck on windows xp, and it should be extended and the later start to be hitting the road again.

The computer on the advice of a computer would direct the garbage, but I am resistant to let him go so early. Does someone could help me?

Downloads and installs Aida32. In the menu> Computer> Probe, you can see the CPU temperature and fan speed.

Possibly, dismantles the fan and the radiator, and deliver them in place after cleaning and given a new thermal paste.
