Overclock PIV 3.0

Would you give me some tips to overclock a P4P800 E DLX PIV 3.0?
I have 2 GB of Ram twinmos dual kit (4 sticks of 512) and the fan and the standard intel motherboard, and a well cooled cabinet.

MANUAL and that leaves you a screenshot
Select CPU and press enter ext 200 put 215 then 220 until you reach a stable overclock!
Remember to press F10 to save the settings!
